How to take column wise report using pivot table

Pivot table helps you to analyse and summarize your data especially when the size of data is very high. The power of pivot table is beyond the scope of this blog.

Step 1:

Select the data table from excel sheet

DATA TABLE IN EXCEL

Step 2 :

Select pivot table

INSERT PIVOT TABLE

Step 3 :

Select the table data you want to manipulate

CHOOSE THE DATA FROM DATA TABLE

Step 4 :

Choose the pivot table details

CHOOSE PIVOT TABLE DETAILS


Step 5 :

Report

PIVOT TABLE REPORT
